Study Nook's specialist educators work with neuro-diverse children and children with learning difficulties in Primary and Intermediate Schools throughout New Zealand. Their goal is to help these children learn how to learn (despite their challenges), to love learning and to be able to keep up with their peers at school and beyond.

Chantelle worked with Dani at Study Nook to produce a Marketing Plan which provided a roadmap and action plan for Dani to achieve her marketing goals. This outcomes to this plan included:

  • A name change = from 'The Study Nook' (too small and local) to 'Study Nook' for growth nationwide.
  • A tagline = Learning that sparks!
  • New service strategies = simplified and more cohesive
  • New customer journey process = How We Work
  • New target market - not trying to do too much for a too big a range of children, focussing on the kids that need us most!
  • New photoshoot - photography brief supplied.
  • New website - website development brief supplied.
  • Monthly Marketing Programme - for inhouse team to produce and run including what to do and when.

Using the Marketing Plan as her guiding document, Dani was able to brief her graphic designer to come up with the perfect logo and branding to present her new brand.  She knew what brand collateral she needed to invest in first from the detail we had in her Action Plan. She did the same process for working with her photographer and website developer to come up with the images and platform to represent her business.

And her business is now turbo boosted into the next stage of growth!

What they had to say...

Chantelle at Lit Marketing has been instrumental in bringing the Study Nook's rebrand to life with her strategic insight and creative vision. She truly understood our commitment to neuro-sparkly learners and translated that into a cohesive marketing plan that authentically represents who we are and the families we serve. I'm excited about the direction the Study Nook is now going and I'm so glad I decided to work with her.
